It's easy to get stuck in your head, worrying about what 'should' happen next, but the spark required to tell an improvised story is always kindled between you and your scene partner. Transforming that spark into a fire of narrative that can burn for half an hour, or an hour, or even longer, needs the right kind of fuel. This workshop will explore what is needed to kindle that fire, from awareness of story structure to the creation of well-rounded characters and textured environments.
