SUMMARY:Munich Free-Form Improv Master Class *2 Days*
DESCRIPTION:Free-Form opens up the doors to a whole new world of improv theater. In this workshop\, we’ll focus on finding and following the key elements found within scenes to create a continued\, seamless flow. Munich style Free form is a fun mix of skills we may recognize from the Harold\, LaRonde\, and short form improv formats all rolled into one. The idea is to follow threads throughout the format while exploring and diving in deeper to discover even more humorous and interesting moments. You’ll learn various editing techniques for both long or mid-form improv\, creating endless possibilities and advancements for any scene or future format! \nThis is a two-day Master Class. The price covers 2 days \nDay One: Saturday\, August 3\, from 12:00 – 18:00\nDay Two: Sunday\, August 4\, from 12:00 – 18:00 \nYour Teacher: Jodi Pfleghar’s been involved in theater from the time she was 3. After graduating with a degree in Education\, her love of teaching and creativity finally led her into the world of improvisation. Since 2013\, she has been the Artistic and Managing Director of Bake This\, Munich’s English Improv comedy performance group\, the Co-Founder of and teacher at ImproMunichorn School of Business Improv\, and the Teams Manager for the 2024 ImproEM. She performs on a regular basis and leads numerous improv workshops for businesses\, schools and aspiring improvisers at festivals around Europe. In addition to teaching and performing\, She also leads English seminars for Paralegals and Law Offices all over Germany\, edits screen plays\, and records voice-overs for TV and film. When she’s not on stage\, organizing events\, or leading a workshop\, she can be found singing karaoke with her 2 teenaged daughters or taking long walks with her little dog. \nPrices\nThe Return/Student Category\nis valid for anyone who has ever already taken a paid workshop with Bake This Improv or is a student themselves. \nTickets
